If you do not see it, launch the game and it will be created.

This folder is created after the game has been launched for the first time. For Windows users running ESO through steam, the folder is located at:Ĭ:/users//Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/Addons/ Install the Minion Addon Manager and point it to your ESO Addon folder when prompted.
